Employee ReviewPg 2 Rachel Watts has been employed with the company now for three month, as part of employment in that respect is a 90 twenty-four hours review. As the immediate supervisor over Rachel Watt, I nominate observed her actions with co- educateers and with clients. Rachels review will too debate her performance and quality of production. I nonice though that she works on her accept mostly she does non postulate for help unless all told necessary, I also noniced that she is doing her work that is assigned to her and the work of her co-workers also that they are slacking or behind on. Rachel tries to intercommunicate with her co-workers and I noticed that they are not reciprocating the actions. Rachel seems timid with weaken co-workers, but not by choice, Rachel is a very attractive and pleasant person, she always comes in with a smile on her face and throughout her breaking she is still smiling. Rachel works hale with the clients, she is friendly and courteous with them at alone times. She makes sure all their needs are met and they are kept happy. All clients encomium her and her positive attitude. She makes them laugh and keep the clients on their toes. Rachel is always there for the client gives them a 110% of her attention and sees to all their needs.

The clients assault when Rachel works and when she is not on a remove they shoot for her constantly. Rachel has great communication skills, she communicates well with her supervisor and shift leaders. Rachel notifies the shift leaders of any change with the clients or guest that may ha ve reported anything unusual. Rachel though ! she tries to communicate with other co workers is still having difficulties. She makes the effort and tries to use strong communication skills, it is not that they do not hear her but that they do not listen or care to hear what she has.
